1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may vary during:

  • Product launches
  • Restocks
  • Holidays
  • High-demand periods

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.


2. Shipping Regions

OnlyCards TCG currently ships to selected domestic and international locations.

Shipping availability may change depending on carrier restrictions or regional limitations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with local laws and regulations.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method selected
  • Order size

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier.

Typical estimates:

  • Domestic orders: 2–11 business days
  • International orders: 7–30 business days

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed.


5. Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking number.


6. Delays

OnlyCards TCG is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Events outside our control

Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers must ensure all shipping information is accurate before completing checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We may not be able to modify the shipment after dispatch
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
  • Refunds may be reduced to cover carrier costs

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, OnlyCards TCG is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

  1. Check nearby areas and with neighbors
  2. Contact the shipping carrier
  3. Contact us for additional assistance if needed

9. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the package and damaged item
  • A description of the issue

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.


10. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products will ship once inventory becomes available.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless stated otherwise.

Release dates are subject to change by manufacturers and distributors.


11. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or unpaid customs fees:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Additional fees may be deducted from the refund
  • Reshipping costs must be paid by the customer
