Welcome to OnlyCards TCG. We want every customer to have a clear and fair shopping experience. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

By purchasing from OnlyCards TCG, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

We sell trading card products, including sealed products, accessories, and collectible items. Due to the nature of collectible card games and randomized products, some items have special return conditions.


2. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item was not as described
  • The product arrived defective

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must include original packaging, seals, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened Pokémon-style trading card packs or booster products
  • Opened mystery products
  • Digital products or codes
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Because trading card products contain randomized contents, opened sealed products cannot be returned once opened.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging and item
  • A description of the issue

We may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund

depending on the situation.


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The product is defective upon arrival

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the normal return process described above.


8. Lost Packages

OnlyCards TCG is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. We will assist where possible.
